Point Centar
On 21st October 2010 the first shopping center in Kaludjerica - Point Center, has been opened by ribbon-cutting ceremony.
In recent years we have witnessed the fact that most investments were made in the municipality of Novi Beograd, while surrounding municipalities are quite unjustly neglected. Like the inhabitants of these parts of our city don't deserve better, richer, more varied lifestyle, shopping and entertainment.
The company ImmoPoint is experiencing Kaludjerica as part of Belgrade and desires to offer a somewhat different concept of fun and shopping to its and surrounding areas residents, habitants of Grocka, Mali and Veliki Mokri Lug, Lestane, Bolec, Vrcin and Vinca. It will be a new meeting place for locals, a place of recreation and amusement, a place for fun and relaxation.

Point Centar has to offer a variety of interesting activities, for both shopping and entertainment, that are placed in different levels and segments in the area of the 10,000 m2. This will be a place where Fitex, OFY Toys, Brankodex, Atrattivo, Diopta, Technomarket and others will introduce themselves and a special atmosphere of purchase. Consumers will enjoy in Roda supermarket, services of Societe Generale Bank, exchange office, beauty salon, Prima pharmacy etc.
Besides entertainment, the new shopping center will greatly contribute to better quality of life of the Kaluđerica's population and habitants of surrounding areas. It is planned to open 200 new jobs to be employed in the 34 shops of Point Center.
This investment, worth eight million euros, is not the only one that will change the appearance and environment of Kaludjerica. ImmoPoint thought of the youngest citizens, too. The company will invest in the renovation of the kindergarden and set up video surveillance, which will raise the safety of children in this institution.
